NuJob Recruiting MVP Design

OVERVIEW
I created the UX and UI for NuJob MVP and introduced the founding team to Customer Development.

PROJECT BRIEF
London-based startup, NuJob CRM, had a simple vision: use your existing IT team to identify, attract qualify, and attract other highly skilled professionals.

The founders approached me during the discovery phase to convert a massive list of ideas into a simple and coherent MVP.

STRATEGY & METHODS
I introduced the concept of Customer Development and helped the team to run a series of interviews that refined their vision and expectations. 

We then translated the ideas into a clear, pragmatic list of use cases and user flows. This gave us a backbone and structure I used to create the user experience and visual interface.

The result was a consistent and well articulated product with a clean design. The founders used the MVP to further pitch and develop the concept.
