Products start and ends with users. It’s much faster to learn directly from the users, their needs, challenges and desires to iterate cheap before moving into design and production.

I can do, or teach/support you to do: Customer Development, User Interviews, Quantitative Research, User Testing. Many of my clients are blown away by the results and keep using the skills they learned as a core part of product development process.

Product UX & UI Execution

If you don’t have a design team, I can step in and lead a project from one end to another - User Research, Wireframes, Prototypes, Testing and UI Design. 

I love to combine both deep business knowledge and focus with excellent, exciting and micro innovative UX with great looking User Interfaces. Great products help people do the work and touch their soul in the process.
